Advertiser Account Manager, Global
Our dedicated account manager will always have a smile on their face and provide
real service to all of our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage & develop advertiser’s campaigns and provide the highest potential on their ROI.
- Negotiate conditions of current and future campaigns.
- Understand each customer’s needs and provide actual solutions.
- Manage clients billing on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Conduct a deep analysis of accounts.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives as needed to support advertising and promotions with accounts.
- Repeat the mantra 3 times a day – Life is good, we enjoy ourselves, it’s all good.
Requirements include:
- At least 1 year online marketing experience.
- Experience with International companies/clients- required.
- Understanding of online tracking methods such as cookie pixel tracking and more.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong people skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ambitious and a team player.
- Experience in managing & growing relationships with partners.
- English – full proficiency at a mother tongue level.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in a second language is a huge advantage.
